Led the design of the primary structural framing system for a timber residential home, including walls, beams, columns, floor joists, and roof framing. Deliverables were developed to ensure a permit-ready package tailored to client needs and local regulations. Key outputs included foundation, framing, and roof plans, detailed structural sections, construction details, and load calculations verified for compliance with IBC 2021. This project highlights my ability to provide high-quality, code-compliant structural designs for residential projects while addressing both client requirements and jurisdictional standards.
