The brief
Led geotechnical design and oversight for the HKD 141.5 billion (USD 18B) Third Runway project — the world’s largest airport expansion. Managed 650 hectares of land reclamation, runway/taxiway foundations, and marine soil improvement. Coordinated multidisciplinary teams across design, contracting, and construction to ensure stability under aircraft loads and typhoon conditions.
